Work you'll do
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Manager, you will:

+ Oversee and manage full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, ensuring seamless delivery and quality execution across all project phases

+ Lead the functional configuration of the Oracle Payroll module, ensuring all system designs and setups align with client business processes, compliance needs, and operational requirements

+ Direct and validate Payroll compare cycles, proactively identifying discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and establishing effective remediation strategies to ensure accurate payroll processing

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize integrated Payroll solutions that support broader HCM Cloud capabilities and deliver holistic value to clients

+ Anticipate client needs, proactively address potential challenges, and formulate actionable solutions to resolve complex client issues, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and elevating client satisfaction

Qualifications:
Required:

+ 7+ years of experience leading & delivering HCM solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing

+ 3+ years of experience leading configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module, including running Payroll compare cycles

+ Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations as an implementation lead or key configurator

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Oracle HCM Payroll certified

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
