Job Description:
• Looking for a Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) lead with strong experience in WebCenter to Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) migration.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3–5 years specifically in Oracle Procurement Cloud
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations, especially around P2I processes.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts.
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) and IDR, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to lead and facilitate requirement gathering workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Skilled in creating functional specifications, configuring Oracle Procurement Cloud, and supporting system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience in data migration, integration testing, and cutover planning.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve functional issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and ability to assess their impact on existing configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions.
