Job description Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle XStore POS Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle's retail suite, particularly Oracle XStore.
This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Oracle technologies, Core Java, SQL, and XML, combined with a strong functional understanding of POS Systems, retail operations to provide Support and implementation to meet diverse client business needs.
Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to ensure smooth operations of XStore and POS applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality and performance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables.Required QualificationsAt least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experienceBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or City of Industry, CA, or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
This position may require travel within the US.
