Urgent! OSP Project Management Team Supervisor Job Opening In Yuba City – Now Hiring Race Communications
Summary:
The OSP Project Supervisor responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of outside plant (OSP) fiber construction and deployment programs.
This role provides leadership, direction, and coordination across multiple OSP project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
The OSP Project Supervisor serves as the primary point of accountability for program-level planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
The Project Supervisor partners with construction, engineering, permitting, procurement, and vendor teams to streamline processes, align on priorities, and ensure efficient execution.
In addition to technical and operational oversight, the OSP Project Supervisor also handles administrative program functions, including progress reporting, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Incoming employees will participate in our Speedway to Success onboarding and orientation program and may be required to travel to an onboarding location other than their designated worksite for the first day.
Remote employees may be required to attend in-person orientation and collect their assigned equipment on their first day.
