About the Role As an Outbound Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for prospective clients exploring debt relief solutions.


Your responsibility is to engage interested leads through outbound calls, build trust quickly, pre-qualify eligibility, and connect qualified prospects to our enrollment team.


This role is all about energy, communication, and results.


The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.


What You’ll Do Make outbound calls through our dialer to connect with prospective clients Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to build rapport Pre-qualify clients based on program requirements before transferring to enrollment Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone on every call Accurately capture prospect information and update CRM records Support the sales pipeline by ensuring only qualified clients move forward What We’re Looking For Previous call center or phone sales experience preferred (not required) Confident communicator with excellent verbal skills and professional phone presence Positive, resilient, and coachable mindset with the ability to adapt quickly Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft/Google tools Results-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to earn beyond base pay What We Offer Base pay + uncapped commissions + monthly performance bonuses Paid training and continuous coaching to help you succeed PTO, paid holidays, and full benefits (health, dental, vision) Professional, supportive, and energetic office culture Real advancement opportunities for top performers Location:
