We are partnering with a digital agency in need of a Paid Search Manager to oversee strategy and execution across major search platforms.
This role combines hands-on campaign management with client communication, performance analysis, and team leadership.
You’ll drive results through optimization, testing, and collaboration across channels.
This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Chicago.
Paid Search Manager Responsibilities:
Lead Paid Search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and related products Manage budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and optimizations Serve as the client-facing lead, sharing insights and recommendations Oversee campaign setup, KPI tracking, and reporting Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights Mentor junior team members and support their growth
Paid Search Manager Requirements:
3–5 years of Paid Search experience Expertise with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.); Microsoft Ads a plus Strong analytical and Excel skills Client-facing communication and relationship management experience Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
