Job Overview:

We are looking for a Developer Community Manager to empower and grow our builder ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, developer advocacy, and community engagement, ensuring that developers have the tools, resources, and support they need to build innovative applications on our DomainFi platform.

You will work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and developer relations teams to create technical content, improve documentation, and foster a vibrant DomainFi developer community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, SDKs, tutorials, and sample code to support our developer community.
  • Engage with the worldwide developer community through online forums, Discord, GitHub, hackathons, and technical events to provide guidance and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the D3 developer experience, streamline onboarding, and enhance product and API usability..
  • Create and deliver high-quality technical content that can be used in workshops, demos, online sites, and presentations to captivate and educate developers.
  • Advocate for developers internally, ensuring their needs and pain points inform product improvements and roadmap decisions based on feedback from the developer community.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, developer advocacy, sales engineering, or technical writing, with a strong focus on growing adoption of Web3 technologies and developer communities.
  • Proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, or similar) and familiarity with major blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Base, Polygon, etc.
  • Experience with API design, SDKs, and developer tooling, ensuring smooth onboarding experience for builders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt communications for diverse audiences including conference talks.
  • Proven track record of contributing to open-source projects, developer communities, or technical content creation.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to domestic and international locations

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience organizing developer events, hackathons, or grant programs in the Web3 space.
  • Familiarity with decentralized identity, DeFi primitives, or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Background in front-end or full-stack development, with experience integrating Web3 technologies into dApps.
  • Existing presence and developer audience on social media channels including X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Understanding of developer adoption strategies in blockchain ecosystems.
