Party Reference Data Analyst Job Opening In Newark – Now Hiring JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

As a Reference Data Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining client reference data across multiple business lines and locations.

As a Reference Data Analyst within the Party Central applications team, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and updates of client accounts.
You will validate and review documentation, ensure requests are authorized, and follow procedural guidelines to maintain data integrity.
In this role, you will proactively resolve issues, manage escalations, and act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders.
You will also support audit requirements, develop standard operating procedures, and contribute expertise on client hierarchies, ownership structures, and regulatory obligations.
Your strong analytical skills and teamwork will be essential to the team's success.
Job responsibilities
* Lead daily operations related to Party Central, focusing on setup, maintenance, and updates of client accounts
* Validate and diligently review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Ensure requests are authorized and clearly understood before actioning
* Follow procedural guidelines without any misses
* Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management informed
* Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
* Manage training needs of the team and ensure completion of mandatory targets
* Provide expertise on client hierarchies, ownership structures, and regulatory obligations
* Support audit requirements with timely and accurate data retrieval and documentation
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and control frameworks
* Maintain MIS reports and contribute to data analysis initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* University graduate with 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
* Fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
* Proficiency in party reference data, client onboarding, and KYC processes
* Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
* Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
* Experience managing data integrity and compliance in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
* Experience supporting audit and regulatory requirements
* Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures
