Overview

Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in healthcare?

Join our Nursing Assistant Training Program at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital and take the first step toward making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients!
St. Catherine's is offering fully paid training and, upon successful completion, a per diem or part-time role working at our facility in one of our numerous specialties.

This training is available for individuals with no or limited prior health care experience.

Job Details

What to expect:

+ Skills you will learn: Patient care activities such as proper hygienic care (bathing, showering, shaving, etc.), assisting with hydration and nutrition, ambulation and transportation of patients, therapeutic communication and assisting in emergency situations.



+ BLS certification provided.



+ Training/Orientation is fully paid at the same rate of the position.



+ Classroom-style learning supplemented with hands on clinical training.



+ Agreement to a 1-year commitment period working at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital upon successful completion of the training program.

Requirements for the Nursing Assistant Training Program:

+ Passion for patient care, positive attitude and willingness to learn.



+ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.



+ Preferred experience: Customer Service experience, Caregiver experience and demonstrated interest and/or exposure to healthcare.



Start Date of the Program: October 27th, 2025
