Job Summary:
This role focuses on the configuration and migration of SAP On-Prem Payroll systems to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) cloud platforms.
The specialist will analyze existing ECC or higher systems, manage conversion designs, test configurations, and ensure seamless transition and accuracy in payroll processing.
This position supports a high-impact transformation project within a global engineering and project management organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, design, and debug SAP On-Prem Payroll (ECC or higher) in a live production environment Design and analyze ECP Payroll conversions from SAP On-Prem to ECP (cloud) Perform ECP Payroll configuration tasks Author and maintain functional specifications and configuration documentation Conduct interface analysis Perform unit testing of payroll configuration Create and execute integration test scripts, logging pass/fail results Collaborate with stakeholders to verify designs and obtain testing sign-offs Required Experience: Minimum years of SAP On-Prem Payroll configuration experience with ECC or higher Hands-on experience in ECP (Employee Central Payroll) conversion and configuration Prior involvement in a global ECP implementation Nice-to-Have Experience: Experience supporting or leading global ECP deployments Required Skills: SAP On-Prem Payroll Configuration ECP Conversion and Configuration SAP ECC or higher experience Preferred Skills: Global Payroll Experience Functional Documentation Integration Testing Interface Analysis SAP Test Script Development Additional Skills: Live Production Payroll Bug Fixing Stakeholder Engagement for Testing Sign-off Unit and Integration Testing Support Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans k Retirement Fund About the Client:
