Pima Medical Institute’s Phoenix campus is seeking an experienced Phlebotomy Instructor to inspire and train the next generation of phlebotomists.

  • Key Responsibilities


    ?

    Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with program objectives.
    ?

    Monitor student attendance, provide support, and maintain an 80%+ success rate.
    ?

    Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback.
    ?

    Organize guest speakers, lab visits, and clinical field trips for hands-on learning.
    ?

    Assist with externship coordination and student career readiness.
    ?

    Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards.


    What We’re Looking For


    ?

    Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy program (or equivalent experience).
    ?

    3+ years of hands-on phlebotomy experience.
    ?

    Teaching/training experience (preferred but not required).
    ?

    Current phlebotomy certification/license (as required by Arizona regulations).
    ?

    Strong communication, organization, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
