Our client, a leader in the education industry, is seeking Phone Interviewers to join their team.

As a Phone Interviewer, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to conducting effective phone interviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to navigate conversations smoothly, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Phone Interviewer

**Location:** Columbia, MO **(NOT REMOTE)**

**Pay Range:** $14.50 - $15 per hour

**What's the Job?**

+ Conduct or attempt to conduct phone interviews for your entire shift.
+ Utilize a computer-assisted script to guide conversations lasting around 25 minutes.
+ Document necessary information accurately in the computer system.
+ Maintain a positive attitude while managing conversations with various personalities.
+ Work in a comfortable and casual office/call center environment.
+ Fulltime and Part time hours available
+ Not a remote position

**What's Needed?**

+ Ability to read and write proficiently.
+ Basic computer skills and the ability to type efficiently.
+ Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition.
+ Dependability and a strong work ethic.
+ Previous customer service experience is preferred.
