PLC Technician - Stable Career | Extended Time Off

  • This role is perfect if you have a stable employment history (no more than two employers in the last five years)

  • Pay is up to $ hourly

  • An electrical mechanical degree or related, electro-mechanical maintenance experience, PLC experience and AC and DC drive experience are required to be considered

  • A stable work history free of multiple short-term jobs is a requirement

  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

  • No remote

  • Full-time

    Employees work a five-day, twelve-hour rotating shift so they have a block of six days off every three weeks.

    It is like a week of vacation every three weeks.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Working a 5-day, 12-hour rotating shift with a block of 6 days off every 3 weeks

  • Electro-mechanical maintenance of a variety of paper product making machinery

  • Working with DC and AC drives

  • Working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
  • The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

  • Possess the ability to work a 5-day, 12-hour rotating shift with a block of 6 days off every 3 weeks

  • An electrical mechanical or related degree

  • Some electro-mechanical maintenance experience

  • Some PLC experience

  • Some AC and DC drives experience

  • Possess the ability to travel (every other month for two days as needed)

  • Possess the ability to work Saturdays, if needed

  • Possess the ability to get along well with others

  • A solid work history free of multiple short-term jobs

  • A US citizen or possess a green card

  • A residence within 45 minutes

  • Required Skill Profession
