As a Senior Microsoft Fabric Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation—guiding clients through their data modernization journey, architecting scalable solutions, and shaping the future of data strategy.

**The impact you will have:**



You will play a pivotal role in enabling organizations to harness the full capabilities of Microsoft Fabric.

This is a high-impact, client-facing position where your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership will directly influence business outcomes.



As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you’ll lead workshops, assessments, and solution delivery across a wide range of industries.

You’ll also mentor junior talent, contribute to internal innovation, and represent the organization at industry events.



**What you’ll do:**



+ Architect and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Purview, and Azure services.

+ Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and roadmap development with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.

+ Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and community events.

Publish blogs, whitepapers, and contribute to the broader data community.

+ Mentor junior consultants and architects.

Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements and solution adoption.

+ Stay ahead of Microsoft Fabric updates and roadmap.

Prototype new capabilities and contribute to internal IP and solution accelerators.



**What you’ll bring to the table:**



+ 8+ years in data architecture, analytics, or BI roles

+ 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related services

+ Deep knowledge of Power BI, OneLake, Lakehouse architecture, Dataflows Gen2, Real-Time Analytics, and Notebooks

+ Strong understanding of Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations

+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git integration, and deployment automation

+ Proven success in client-facing roles, including strategy and delivery

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences



**Bonus points for**



+ Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate

+ Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate

+ Microsoft MVP or MCT designation

+ Experience integrating AI/ML into Fabric workflows

+ Bilingual (English/French)

+ Familiarity with Canadian data residency and compliance regulations (e.g., PIPEDA)
