Summary of Role:

Responsible for ownership of semiconductor devices as a foundry process integration engineer.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for ownership of semiconductor devices as a foundry process integration engineer.

Work on customer driven new product tapeouts to ensure first-time product success and provide continuous process improvements for volume production.

Independent ownership of high-volume or multiple products.

Driving process integration related issues from identification and investigation to resolution, organizing baseline yield improvements, and developing overall CIPs (Continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational goals.

Maintaining regular external customer communication.

Guiding and training new engineers from initial training up to product ownership and direct customer interaction and reporting.

Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs including supporting new designs with module characterization and design rule development.

Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

+ Education - PHD degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Micro and Nanoscale Systems or closely related field of study.

+ Experience – 3 years in job offered or Integration Engineering related job titles in a semiconductor development or manufacturing.

Requires 3 years of experience in:

(1) Semiconductor manufacturing process;

(2) New product tapeout handling;

(3) Product failure and material analysis;

(4) Co-work with process module, manufacturing and other relevant teams;

(5) Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE)

(6) process/electrical/ sort yield issues investigation, resolution and improvement, and

(7) Lean Manufacturing principles.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $132,704 - $145,800


The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
