Job description

Principal Product Designer With No-Code Experience

Cloud-Based Digital Design Platform - Remote, Anywhere in U.S.
Full Time / Direct Hire

The Hired Guns are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Designer with experience building no-code products and a mature strategic mindset to drive impactful and intuitive product experiences at a no-code creation platform focused on democratizing design.

The Nitty Gritty

The backstory on the company and why they need to hire you!

This cloud-based no-code design platform is looking for a hands-on Principal Product Designer with strong UI chops who has built no-code products from end-to-end.

You’ll be joining a mature, reputable startup with significant growth potential, where you’ll make a big impact across a growing ecosystem of products.

As Principal Product Designer, you’ll get to drive the design behind this company’s rapidly expanding product offerings and build something from scratch.

The product you will be shaping is a one-of-a-kind platform that empowers customers (design teams and marketing professionals) to effortlessly create high-end digital experiences.

With this comes the opportunity to work on unique and open-ended use cases within their creation-focused studio tool.

You’ll also redefine the end-to-end creative workflow all the way from planning, designing and reviewing to publishing and accessing performance analytics.

Working at this digital-first brand is a unique opportunity to push your capabilities and skills as a product designer and impact the future of digital content creation at scale within this highly successful, mid-sized startup.

Yes, this opportunity IS as good as it sounds!

Why You?

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in product-centric UX and UI design.

You have a clean, modern, gorgeous design aesthetic.

You’re a pro in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision and/or Zeplin.

You can seamlessly translate customer insights into meaningful UI concepts and develop holistic user journey maps and frameworks.

You have in-depth experience solving highly complex UX problems, while applying high-end UI design skills that drive impactful product experiences.

You are used to successfully balancing multiple initiatives — focusing on perfecting the near-term aspects of the product, as well as bringing to life longer-term strategic initiatives.

While you are comfortable working as an individual, you equally know how to lead collaborative projects with a hands-on attitude.

You are highly respected within and beyond the product teams and broader organization.

Big plus if you have a solid background working at digital-first companies with established digital products.

Bonus if you have experience working in a remote-first environment and have a background in B2B or SaaS and/or no-code creation platforms.

The Inside Skinny

Why you should quit your job right now and join this company!

If you do this job right, you’ll get to drive the design behind a hugely successful company’s new product offerings.

It’s an opportunity to build something from scratch for an awesome digital-first brand experiencing high growth.

Not to mention, in addition to a competitive salary and stock options, this company offers premium health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited vacation days.

Plus, it’s remote-first … so, you can basically wear all the ath-leisure you want … from wherever you like! If this sounds like a win-win, get in touch with us today.
