The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19+ overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon.
Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
The Global Selling Product team collaborates with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management.
We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven Product Manager to lead cross-team efforts focusing on Selection Success to support Global Selling team, to partner hand in hand with Product teams in US.
The PM will be a key person to shape AGS Global Selection Success strategy and initiatives across the full suite of products throughout selection lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong product/program management and communication skills, and proven experience on influencing cross-org global stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify opportunities across the Global Selling selection segments and life cycle, build up new products/services to help the growth and success of Global Selling selection, define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products.
- Clearly define and communicate Seller Experience pain points, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Raise the bar on Seller experience and work with product and tech teams to improve product features.
- Work with business and marketing functions to drive go-to-market plan.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
