**What does a Principal Product Manager do at Fiserv?**

Enterprise Biller and Receivable Solutions (EBRS) team offers a suite of consumer bill and B2B invoice presentment and omnichannel payment solutions (SnapPay, BillMatrix, CheckFreePay) for enterprise merchants and government entities to automate their workflows and leverage data to drive strategic business outcomes.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager very experienced in the art and science of building and scaling data as product” for businesses, to own Insights & Advanced Analytics, a newly incubated key product module.

With more than a decade of B2B invoice payments and consumer bill pay data, our team is on a mission to unlock this power with data visualization tools, AI-driven insights, and predictive analytics to reinvent the way Accounts Receivables teams interact with their customers and work better.

You will be the thought leader driving strategy for how to leverage our data and deliver new insights and reporting served through the product module.

You will collaborate with AI product partners, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to scope, prioritize, bring to market, and iterate capabilities that need to be built.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing on sales enablement and commercialization strategies to drive merchant adoption and new revenue streams.

This is a rare opportunity to apply your unique product, data, tech and strategy skillsets in a burgeoning practice area that is pivotal to the EBRS growth trajectory.

**What you will do:**

+ Develop and drive the vision and strategy (opportunity sizing, packaging, and monetization) for growing EBRS Insights business across our customers base and expanding the data capabilities we offer into new areas.
+ Craft an integrated, forward-looking product roadmap incorporating new data, analytics, and AI/ML (LLM, GenAI) use cases that leverage modern data technologies within the cloud.
+ Deeply understand customer needs (own data-driven customer journeys to bridge data requirements), what’s working, what’s not and how to address it.
+ Champion data transformation initiatives with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, third party partners to enable real time data movement and futureproof EBRS platforms.
+ Lead ideation, research, design, and enhancement of data products, such as APIs, data platforms, and self-service analytics and dashboard UI reporting tools with the aim of delivering actionable insights to drive decision-making across internal business functions.
+ Do all the things you’d expect from a product manager, like driving planning, prioritization, defining requirements with requirements document, creating concept prototypes, and collaborating across engineering, product partners, sales, marketing, etc.
+ Champion a data-centric culture, emphasizing data as a product, and lead by example in embracing continuous improvement and a keen focus on user experience to refine offerings.

**What you need to have**

+ 8+ years functional experience in product management
+ 3+ years product ownership in data domain (data analytics; predictive analytics; data science; deep learning, AI-driven, ML product etc), with track record of developing data as a product that informs business decisions and powers AI algorithms.
+ Proficiency with tools, workflows, systems to ingest, manipulate, enrich, and store data for enterprise use cases (e.g. SQL/Python; PowerBI/Tableau/Looker; Snowflake/RedShift/BigQuery; enterprise data management platforms).
+ Previous projects in conducting business analysis, designing UI and data visualization modules, and presenting results in structured narratives using presentation tools.
+ Strong technical background, comfortable understanding/ sparring/ challenging technical approaches with experienced architects and senior engineering leadership, as well as with customers.
+ Experience building SaaS products ideally having worked in startups and in complex enterprises
+ A proven track record for defining, building and delivering high impact products that create real business and customer value in fast-growth or large-scale companies
+ Enjoy working in greenfield settings, assessing areas ripe for maximum impact.

**Salary Range**

$136,000.00 - $225,600.00

_These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.

Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._
