We are the Customer Experiences Team within BIC, accountable for the end-to-end AI transformation of Microsoft Sales & Customer Success experiences.
The goal of Customer Zero Engineering is to build the next generation of our applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and several other Microsoft cloud services to drive AI transformation across Sales & Customer Success organizations within Microsoft.

Leveraging the scalability and value from Copilot Studio, Azure, and Power Platforms, we ensure our solutions are robust and efficient.

As a Principal Product Manager on the team, you will strategize, envision, and build the next wave of AI solutions.
Your work will directly impact multi-billion-dollar businesses—fueling revenue growth, enhancing competitive advantage, and optimizing margins.
You’ll work across our engineering teams and partner closely with business leaders and some of the most innovative companies in the world to deliver engaging and transformative AI solutions for Microsoft Sales and millions of end-users while also driving our platform growth strategy.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an AI-focused product manager with demonstrable experience in shipping AI-first products and services to customers and partners.
In this role, you will also help push the latest AI frontiers, including autonomous agentic workflows, deep research and reasoning, and multi-agent frameworks.
We maintain a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences, from conversational UX to emerging interaction models across the Microsoft and Copilot ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with product designers, architects, executives, and customers from leading AI companies and solution providers.
+ Communicate the potential of AI agents to transform business processes across diverse industries and innovative problem spaces.
+ Lead scenario envisioning and UX/technical product design to build and deliver Copilot platform solutions; provide guidance on go-to-market strategies, adoption, and evolving product and portfolio direction.
+ Serve as a trusted product expert for Copilot platform capabilities; enable customers and partners through training, advisory support, and solution design aligned with AI platform strategy.
+ Develop and drive engagement programs to accelerate ecosystem growth based on designed scenarios.
+ Capture, synthesize, and advocate key product insights and developer ecosystem signals from the market to influence the future of Microsoft AI platforms, applications, and developer tools.
+ Research, contextualize, prototype, and promote emerging technology trends to drive long-term product innovation.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience working with generative AI, cloud services architecture, or other highly technical areas.
+ 2+ years of experience working in business technology scenarios involving commercial SaaS offerings or customer-focused solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience shipping generative AI-based solutions (e.g., RAG, GPT, LLM) and strong awareness of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, especially in generative AI.
+ Breakthrough Solutions & Automation: Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable tools and dashboards that provide visibility into AI model performance, accuracy, and system impact.
+ Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, business, and platform teams to define requirements, prioritize scenarios, and drive execution.
+ Data-Driven Insights: Use telemetry, performance profiling, and diagnostics to identify gaps, validate improvements, and inform product decisions.
+ Customer-Centric Design: Ensure solutions reflect real-world usage and customer scenarios, with a focus on quality, reliability, and inclusivity.
+ Communication & Influence: Clearly articulate goals, findings, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
+ Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning and iteration, using data and experimentation to refine processes and improve product fundamentals.
+ Ability to work autonomously—self-starter with curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated growth mindset.
+ Experience building data-driven product experiences, defining metrics, and using analytics to derive insights for product and business decisions.
+ Demonstrated experience shipping AI applications and agents, such as conversational UX, agent frameworks, and/or GPT/Copilot solutions.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
