We are seeking an experienced TPM to help drive solutions in the highly technical machine learning server hardware space.
Our team has end to end ownership of some of the most advanced server hardware in the world.
We drive technical debug efforts and write truly massive scale autonomous software to monitor, optimize, and remediate machine learning hardware.

Key job responsibilities
As a TPM in the Annapurna Trainium Servers and Systems team you will be responsible for leading multiple simultaneous hardware product development programs in a highly cross-functional environment which includes internal customers, external vendors and technology partners.
You’ll provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale server deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience at a world-class cost point.
This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and you’ll work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas.
You’ll have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and you’ll be constantly looking for ways to improve your product’s performance, quality and cost.
Using data and key metrics, you will also drive and measure process improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.
You will work independently in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-changing organization.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
