As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you will provide key programmatic and initiative tracking in the development, delivery, and operation of cloud-based solutions, collaborating with top-tier ISVs and customers, to help shape the future of cloud-native M&E workflows.
We are looking for a focused, highly-organized Principal Technical Program Manager who excels at driving large-scale, cross-organizational programs and projects to play a critical role in driving product delivery across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will come with a history of leading large end-to-end projects, a well-rounded technical innovation background, experience driving stakeholder accountability, and be an exceptionally strong communicator.
Experience with media workflows, cloud infrastructure, and ISV onboarding is preferred.
Responsibilities
Drive complex projects while prioritizing deliverable execution, mitigating risks, managing escalations, and ensuring stakeholder requirements are satisfied.
ISV Onboarding & Integration: Provide program support to product managers and solutions architects in supporting onboarding of ISVs, ensuring their solutions are optimized for OCI.
Help address integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and guide ISVs through Marketplace readiness.
Customer Deployment Support: Collaborate with Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) and sales teams to ensure successful communication and alignment of technical solutions, business goals, and customer requirements.
Represent the status, issues, plans, and roadmap for the team up to the VP level independently and higher.
Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting appropriate expectations while maintaining standards.
Drive program schedules from design to launch, communicating to partners and senior leaders.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, and make tradeoffs, while balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.
Qualifications
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in a technical program management role Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and hybrid architectures.
Previous experience or understanding of cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles. Experience developing or managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences. Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations.
