**Description:** Join Our Team as a **PCB Engineer** where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.
Location: **This position does not support teleworking** ;the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in: Littleton CO , King of Prussia PA or Sunnyvale CA and be expected to work in the office full-time.

**Key activities you will accomplish in this role:**
As a PCB SME, working for one of the top companies in the world, you will be part of an interdisciplinary engineering team in design, documentation, fabrication, assembly, test, and integration of hardware.
In this role, you will work with IPC design and fabrication standards (e.g. IPC-222x series, IPC-601x series, IPC-4101, IPC-4103, IPC-4204, IPC-4552, IPC-4556) and you will be working with external PCB vendors.

• A Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering is desired.
• 9+ years professional experience; 7+ years with Masters degree.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Demonstrated experience in PCB design, fabrication or assembly.
• Demonstrated experience working with external PCB vendors.
**Desired Skills:**
• Experience with flex, rigid flex, or RF PCBs manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IPC design and fabrication standards (e.g. IPC-222x series, IPC-601x series, IPC-4101, IPC-4103, IPC-4204, IPC-4552, IPC-4556)
• Expierence with IPC standards development
• Current or previous IPC-A-600 or IPC-6012 CIS certification
• Ability to review PCB Fabrication Drawings comply with IPC Standards, Geometric Tolerancing, and PCB Manufacturability.
• Experience in failure analysis (FA) results of x-ray, CT scan, or cross sectional analysis.
• Ability to communicate how and why a design meets specified requirements both in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $125,600 - $217,695.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
