Private Client Producer II Job Opening In Virtual – Now Hiring AON


Job description

Aon is looking for a Private Client Producer!
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Private Risk Management business group within Aon Risk Solutions.



You will prospect for business based on your local networks, connections, and communities, and focus on developing client and referral opportunities in our High Net Worth- Private Client Practice.

What your day will look like:

+ Achieve objectives established in the annual producer sales plan

+ Prospect for new business from existing clients and identified target groups

+ Initiate own marketing efforts for target groups

+ Contact prospects for the purpose of providing a quote and making sales appointments

+ Survey prospects to determine insurance needs, inspecting current insurance policies, risk management plans, property, products, and records

+ Collect detailed risk and underwriting information including survey data and loss history

+ Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance including details of coverages, limits, deductibles, and other pertinent information

+ Work with service person or marketer to complete company submissions and selection of potential markets

+ Conduct client and prospect appointments, communicating proposals and renewals, explaining details, and communicating desire to conduct business

+ Introduce service person to clients and request that service calls be directed to them and forward all service-related calls to assigned service person

+ Stay informed of all claims or service issues and become involved in resolution when required

+ Participate in renewals, when appropriate, by reviewing expiration listing with service person to determine appropriate action and collection of information to prepare renewal submissions

+ Maintain production reports and attend all sales meetings as required

+ Promote agency and insurance industry in the community

+ Keep informed of industry developments through review of trade press and by attending insurance carrier training meetings on new products, etc.



+ Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by agency management

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

+ Active Property and Casualty license

+ 4+ years property and casualty insurance sales producer experience, preferably in high net worth

+ Proficient in using a variety of computer programs including agency management software/ CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools

+ Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills

+ Effective organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Advocate for insured with underwriting and claims

+ Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and energetic personality

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $135,000-$145,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary.

The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
