The Knight Campus is seeking qualified applicants for its open research pool.
Open positions may include research assistants (commonly known as technicians), research associates, and research engineers.
Research assistants conduct research under the direction of a Principal Investigator; research associates and research engineers conduct research with only general guidance.
Research Engineer duties include technical expertise and providing technical support for equipment &/or facilities.
We encourage you to apply if you have experience in scientific disciplines including bioengineering, neuroengineering, engineering, human physiology, applied chemistry, applied physics, and biology, or closely related fields.
Successful candidates will have the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
Positions are funding contingent research appointments.
Research Assistant
• a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bioengineering, biochemistry, biology, biophysics, human physiology, physics, chemistry, chemical engineering or related disciplines
Research Associate and Research Engineer
• a terminal degree by the start of the position with relevant professional experience in a research lab
