The High Speed Internet Product Manager contributes to T-Mobile’s success by strategizing, defining, delivering, and maintaining medium-sized products and enhancements.

This role focuses on improving customer experience, driving enterprise growth, increasing revenue, reducing churn, and scaling the Broadband business.

The Product Manager partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, UX, Engineering, and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities, advocate for customer needs, and deliver impactful solutions.

They are ultimately accountable for their area of ownership including customer research, soliciting and generating product requirements, creating the product roadmap, mapping out and communicating the customer experience, planning and driving delivery across all involved stakeholders from end-to-end, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating team meetings, monitoring and communicating delivery status, and more.

This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities


Product Vision, Strategy & Analysis

  • Own the end-to-end product experience for moderately complex products or features, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.

  • Partner with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, UX, and Frontline to identify areas of opportunity based on customer experience and organizational OKRs.

  • Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform product strategy, prioritize roadmap items, and shape innovation.

  • Conduct financial and ROI analyses (e.g., cost-benefit, NPV) to support investment decisions and prioritization.

  • Present ideas and influence stakeholders across the organization, including VP-level audiences.

  • Monitor and report on product health and success metrics.

    Project & Program Management

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to assemble planning and delivery teams.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery schedules across technical and non-technical functions using a combination of agile and waterfall processes.

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolution across schedule, requirements, and resource challenges.

  • Lead team meetings, facilitate feedback loops, and ensure thorough and consistent documentation.

  • Coordinate funding/resource requests and ensure compliance with enterprise processes.

    Product Execution

  • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements; manage and prioritize product backlog based on customer needs and organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure balance between feature delivery and long-term technical investment.

  • Address production issues and defects by incorporating them into the backlog as needed.

  • Provide guidance and support to Frontline, PR, Marketing, and Commercial teams through documentation and product knowledge.

  • Own final decisions regarding scope, trade-offs, and prioritization throughout the design, development, and release cycle.

  • Identify and escalate challenges when appropriate while resolving those within scope.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Development

  • Foster strong relationships with both technical and business teams, including Engineering, QA, GTM, Legal, and external vendors.

  • Maintain and grow professional expertise through workshops, publications, networking, customer feedback sessions, and on-site visits with Frontline.

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by business leadership.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.

    Advanced degree preferred.

  • 4 years Product Management, or Project/Program Management experience delivering medium business/technology initiatives.

  • Communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.

  • Strong ability to identify/analyze/ synthesize product use data.

  • Strong requirements elicitation, and the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.

  • Experience with successful collaboration and facilitation across diverse audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail.

    Ability to consider, think, and communicate at all levels.

  • Strategic and creative ideation and problem solving.

  • Solid understanding of customer experience.

  • Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Preferred.

  • At least 18 years of age.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.

    Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.

    Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
