The Revenue Product team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap.

Our team combines Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science and Measurement, and Solutions Engineering to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers.

We ensure Snap's ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap to help with our Signals and Measurement workstreams.

What you’ll do:

  • Prioritize features, build roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch impactful products within Snap’s advertising ecosystem.

  • Partner with Engineering and Marketing Science to build and expand Snap’s Conversion Lift infrastructure to enable rigorous, scalable measurement of ad effectiveness, accelerate experiment velocity, and provide advertisers with actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

  • Partner with teams focused on platform and horizontal capabilities, including Signals and Measurement to drive advertiser value

  • Be highly analytical and use data to make decisions

  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
     

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of technical and privacy implications of complex ad tech integrations

  • Deep understanding of Incrementality and Conversion Lift methodology

  • Familiarity with ad delivery systems and signal flow from advertisers to platforms 

  • Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates

  • Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis

  • Comfort with highly technical concepts, experimentation tools and interpreting model output from uplift tests, and ability to translate them into business narratives
     

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
     

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience running Conversion Lift studies 

  • Track record of shipping analytical products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

    Compensation

    In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position.

    The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

    The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.

    :

    The base salary range for this position is $173,000-$259,000 annually.

    :

    The base salary range for this position is $164,000-$246,000 annually.

    :

    The base salary range for this position is $147,000-$220,000 annually.

    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
