Urgent! Product Manager, User Experience Job Opening In New York – Now Hiring The Hired Guns

Job description

Product Manager, User Experience

Award-Winning Ad Tech Agency - New York, NY
Full Time / Direct Hire

The world’s most-recognized brands turn to this agency for its data-intensive approach to targeting the right ads to the right people at the right time.

And now the agency turns to you: Can you come on board as a product manager focused on ensuring an optimal user experience?

Do you have the technical chops, analytical bent and deep concern for end users that will keep the company’s products razor-sharp and keep those clients coming back for more?

Read on to find out.

Nitty Gritty

Improvement and enhancement shall be the name of the game.

Enhancement and improvement.

Overseeing products from requirement-gathering all the way up through launch and monitoring, you’ll keep a steady UX lens on things, taking care at every stage that the agency’s self-service buying platform is intuitive, easy, and fun to use.

That’ll mean collaborating with several different teams — engineering, marketing, data, to name but a few — in order to guide things toward the best possible user experience.

Sometimes that’ll mean steering additional resources toward a product, other times it’ll mean putting the brakes on a short-sighted idea.

You’ll be the kind of person who’s always saying, “Why don’t we give them a dashboard that lets them access all this data visually so they can really see what they’re getting?”

Plenty of testing, plenty of reporting.

A good deal of writing: strategy documents, user training materials.

Once a product has launched, you’ll gather feedback and performance data, which you’ll use to make improvements and enhancements, enhancements and improvements.

Your overarching goal will be to have the best damn platform on the market, ask any client.

Hired Gun Profile

You’ve done UX and product management in the ad tech field for a couple of years now and have become adept at the tech stack as well as the overall programmatic-buying process.

Whatever tool or function you might envision, you either know how to build it or know the right questions to ask to get it built.

Thanks to your upbeat personality and top-notch communication skills, you move easily through organizations and are able to elicit great ideas and cooperation from all kinds of people without being hindered by departmental boundary lines.

Your ideas tend to get heard and acted upon, in no small part because they’re sensitive to business needs while backed by data and a strong UX-driven case for implementing them.

Inside Skinny

Tell us about a time or two when you’ve scored a clear win for end-users against the odds.

Net Net

Ad tech just keeps getting hotter, and this company is really on a tear.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to take your passion for UX and your solid project-management skills to a firm that’s ready for the stratosphere.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, creed, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, marital status, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
