The pay range is $87,000.00 - $156,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.

These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

The **GSCL Product team** is part of a broader **Operations Strategy,** **Product** **and Innovation (SPI)** organization—focused on accelerating innovation, enhancing operational ease, and aligning investments to Target’s long-term strategy.

This team unites product, strategy, and innovation capabilities from Stores and GSCL to shape a shared roadmap that supports our guests and frontline teams.

Within this structure, the **Supply Chain** **Warehouse Management System (WMS)** **Product team** plays a critical role in transforming how inventory flows across Target’s replenishment centers.

We modernize Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities while designing intuitive user experiences that empower frontline teams and drive operational excellence.

As a **Product Manager** focused on the WMS - Sort & Sequence capability, you will shape and deliver modern capabilities that support outbound inventory movement across our supply chain network—including food distribution centers, store replenishment facilities, and ecommerce fulfillment sites.

You will partner closely with engineering, UI/UX, Automation, OI, and field/HQ process teams to drive discovery, design, and implementation of scalable WMS Sort and Sorter replenishment activities.

Your work will support Target’s long-range plan by enabling flexible, modernized replenishment solutions that can adapt and drive efficiencies across multiple facility types.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy to execution—within Target’s product model.

You will define and drive a prioritized product roadmap, balancing technical needs, business goals, and user experience.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, GSCL product peers, and Field Operations to deliver high-impact, scalable capabilities.

You will be expected to guide backend capability enhancements to optimize outbound workflows, while contributing to innovation efforts tied to future building designs, automation strategies, and operating models.

Support a dedicated team of 6 +engineers (backend) and act as a key product voice in defining scalable, intuitive experiences for Target’s replenishment warehouses.

You’ll develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned to OKRs, lead roadmap development, feature prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

You will drive end-user discovery and iterative solutions in collaboration with Process, Field, and Engineering partners.

Additionally, you’ll ensure adoption and operational alignment through strong partnerships with stakeholders.

**About You**

+ Four-year degree or equivalent experience
+ 4+ years of product management experience; ideally in Supply Chain
+ Experience operating in agile development environments (user stories, sprints, personas)
+ Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments with high ambiguity
+ Skilled in defining OKRs and delivering measurable outcomes
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ 25% travel to field locations may be required, based on business needs

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.

A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.

Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
