**Pay by Shift:**

+ A Shift: $16.00/hour
+ B Shift: $17.60/hour
+ **C Shift: $18.40/hour**

**Job Overview:**

We’re hiring **Light Assembly Workers** to join our growing production team in **Lima, NY** ! Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a fresh opportunity, this is a great chance to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manually **stack, feed, and unload products** during production
+ Use hands and arms to **move, position, and assemble materials**
+ Conduct **quality checks** to ensure products meet standards
+ **Label, pack, and organize** finished goods for shipment
+ Maintain a **clean and organized workspace**
+ Follow all **safety procedures** and production guidelines

**What We’re Looking For:**

+ Strong **attention to detail** and ability to perform repetitive tasks
+ Good **hand-eye coordination** and manual dexterity
+ Able to **stand for extended periods** and lift up to **[insert weight, e.g., 25–40 lbs]**
+ Previous **assembly or manufacturing experience** is a plus—but **not required**
+ Reliable team player with a **positive attitude** and willingness to learn
