Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client in filling a Program Administrator in Frankfort, KY.

Must have exceptional organizational skills, be a multi-tasker, have prior knowledge of disabled/wounded persons, and perform marketing-type functions for outreach.

Pay rate: $20.00 hourly

Shift: 1 shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities / Required Skills:

· Must have very good communications skills

· Must be a self-starter with good organization skills

· Assess the quality of KY services to wounded/disabled veterans

· High accountability

· Work in a team environment

· Assurance that all relevant benefits are received

· Must be able to efficiently operate all office equipment

· Assess the quality of various programs and recommend necessary changes

· Maintain confidential information

· Verify documents for accuracy

· Collaborate with various agencies and non-profits

· Perform outreach, marketing and promote awareness of the program

· Monitoring research and information dissemination

· Advocate for wounded/disabled veterans by increasing public awareness

· Create honor and recognition programs

Additional Requirements:

· Must submit updated resume to be considered

· College graduate

· Three years’ experience in business, administrative or research

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Must be prompt and professional

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
