Responsibilities


+ What You'll Do:

+ Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Analyst to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Advana Jupiter, SQL, Toad, iQuery, Qlik, Business Objects and Python.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team on innovative projects, supporting the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications and data solutions.




+ Key Responsibilities:

+ Software Development & Programming:

+ Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining code in Python and SQL to enhance the functionality of various applications and systems.



+ Database Management:

+ Work with relational databases and use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting efforts.



+ Data Integration & Reporting:

+ Use Qlik to create visualizations, dashboards, and reports for data analysis and decision-making.



+ Leverage iQuery to optimize data queries and automate workflows for efficiency.



+ Knowledge of Business Objects Reporting Tool.



+ Collaboration & Communication:

+ Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and support operational processes.



+ Documentation:

+ Document code, systems, and processes to ensure future maintenance and usability.

Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions.
+ Material & Equipment Directly Used • Software: • Advana Jupiter • SQL (including complex queries) • Toad (for database management) • iQuery (for query building) • Qlik and Business Objects (for data visualization and reporting) • Python (for data manipulation, scripting, and automation)


Qualifications
+ Education/Experience Requirements • Education: o BS or BA degree
• Experience: o At least three (3) years' experience in programming and data analysis
• Other Requirements: • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance
• Technical Skills: o Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and managing datasets.

Python experience desirable o Experience with Qlik and data visualization best practices.

o Familiarity with tools like Toad and Advana Jupiter for database and application support.


• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with applications, databases, and code.


• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and address issues in code, data, and reporting processes.


• Communication Skills: Clear communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.


• Preferred Qualifications: o Experience with other data visualization or reporting tools.

o Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.



+ USD $65,000.00- $70,000.00

+ Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
