Urgent! Program Analyst Job Opening In Suffolk – Now Hiring NANA Regional Corporation
Akima System Engineering, (ASE), has a dynamic Program Analyst (PA) opportunity to support projects and programs across several locations.
As the PA, you will directly support the program requirements.
The ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, be a strong team player, and can establish solid working relationships horizontally and vertically with staff members and peers within the company and externally.
This is an on-site position in Suffolk VA.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support daily operations related to contract management, finance, security, staffing, supply chain, maintenance management, real property maintenance, life-cycle management and procurement.
+ Perform research and analysis in the development of program activities.
+ Prepare, manage, and execute budget data, expense reports and make travel arrangements for senior leaders.
+ Monitor and analyze data to track operating programs, and evaluate their effectiveness for strategic goals, and plan improvements.
+ Define program requirements, identify interdependence with internal or external departments or service providers.
+ Develop and disseminate communications regarding the project or program status.
+ Track progress, adopt and provide ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors.
+ Handle simple and moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
**Qualifications**
+ Must possess a high school diploma and 2 years of project analyst, project operations, or office administration experience.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
+ Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
+ Working knowledge of MS 365 suite of programs including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Ability to walk move about office/warehouse environment throughout the day and move between offices within close proximity.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
+ Perform work under general supervision.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree.
+ Experience with Cost Point, Deltek T&E, SharePoint.
+ Understanding basic accounting principles.
