Job Summary: Seeking an experienced
Program/Contract Manager to oversee utility infrastructure replacement projects and manage associated contracts.
The role involves project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure replacement projects, including planning, execution, and cost management.
- Define project scopes and identify cost responsibilities.
- Lead customer negotiations and secure agreement on project requirements.
- Interpret utility interconnection agreements (CAISO, WDAT, Rule 21) and ensure regulatory compliance (FERC, CPUC).
- Partner with contract teams to clarify scope, cost allocation, and obligations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, track milestones, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, documentation, and resolve commercial claims as needed.
- Supervise Contract Administrators and administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in project, program, or contract management.
- Experience managing utility contracts.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
