Program Coordinator – Sozo SSS International



Sozo SSS International is dedicated to providing housing and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

We offer residential support through Host Homes and PCA (Personal Care Alternative) living environments.



We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Program Coordinator with strong administrative, computer, and case management skills to join our team.

This role requires someone who can manage complex documentation, communicate effectively with providers and families, and ensure compliance with state and agency standards.

What We’re Looking For



This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment and can balance client advocacy with compliance and paperwork.

If you do not have prior experience managing case files, writing reports, or using computer-based systems daily, this role may not be a fit.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain accurate and compliant case files; ensure documentation is completed on time and meets agency/state requirements.



  • Conduct client intakes, assessments, quarterly/6-month progress reports, and incident report follow-up.



  • Attend client meetings to advocate for services, personal goals, and daily living supports.



  • Provide training and guidance to caregivers/staff to ensure high-quality care.



  • Conduct home visits to monitor client well-being and compliance with care standards.



  • Partner with the administrative team on reports, audits, and ongoing compliance initiatives.



  • Manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently on outstanding tasks and issues.




Required Skills & Qualifications





  • 3+ years of experience in case management, program coordination, or administrative leadership within human services, social work, or healthcare.




  • Strong administrative and computer skills – must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and capable of learning new systems quickly.



  • Proven ability to track details, manage deadlines, and follow up on multiple cases simultaneously without becoming overwhelmed.



  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reports, and professional correspondence.



  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.



  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits and meetings.
