Description: The Clerkship & Residency Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Internal Medicine and Sub-Internship Clerkships and the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
The Coordinator ensures that these programs are well organized and remain in compliance with LCME standards and ACGME accreditation requirements.
The coordinator will oversee all aspects of the medical student training experience, including supervision, schedule management, and liaison responsibilities between residents, providers, and students.
Develop and implement orientation and promotional materials to ensure students understand expectations for their fourth-year rotations.
Evaluate student performance based on faculty and resident input, and address any behavioral issues as needed.
The coordinator will ensure the IM residency program is well organized, compliant, and effectively coordinated in partnership with the senior leadership team.
They will oversee key components such as recruitment, evaluations, the primary care track, and didactics, while also collaborating with other coordinators on cross coverage, data reporting, event planning, meeting preparation, and program communications.
Must be on-site.
