It is comprised of 60+ full-time staff and over 400 total staff members.

What We Want

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized professional to lead our on-campus housing tours program, which welcomes over 30,000 visitors annually.

The ideal candidate is passionate about student engagement, excels in program coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role involves managing all aspects of guided and virtual tours—from scheduling and logistics to marketing and outreach—while supervising and training a team of student tour guides and a graduate Tour Coordinator.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service are essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and represent Residence Life at major campus events like Aggieland Saturday and New Student Conferences.

What You Need To Know

Salary: $63,365.00Professional Development: Allowance of up to $3,000 annually (subject to approval)

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Four years of Program Administration, training or related work experience



Preferred Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated experience in higher education, including leading projects, developing programs and events, and supervising staff or student employees.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ General office conditions with the majority of time spent in contact with prospective students and family members.
+ Attends meetings and conferences concerning students and works with student groups at times beyond usual working hours.
+ Exceptional customer service utilizing well developed verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
+ Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
