Program Coordinator Job Opening In Visalia – Now Hiring Community Services and Employment Training, Inc.


Job description

CSET Youth Services Department is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Program Coordinator with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

As a Quality Assurance Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Youth Workforce programs.

You will be responsible for monitoring performance, reviewing processes, and developing strategies to improve workflows, documentation, and data entry.

This position helps maintain program compliance by ensuring that standards, procedures, and requirements are consistently met across the department.

Additionally, this role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage their workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.


It is our company policy to conduct fingerprint testing with each employee upon hire if they are assigned to work with our agency.  Fingerprint status is a condition to employment with C-SET.
