+ 8 years of experience in program or project management.
+ 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

**Responsibilities**

+ Own the program management for multiple, concurrent initiatives.

Drive all stages of the program life-cycle, from planning and resourcing to execution, monitoring, and post-launch analysis.
+ Manage a high-velocity, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and develop and maintain a clear, shared understanding of program status, risks, and next steps.
+ Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with internal and external dependencies.

Anticipate and resolve roadblocks by building relationships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

Tailor communication to different audiences, from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings.
+ Work with product and engineering leads to anticipating issues and developing creative solutions.

Use data and critical thinking to inform decisions and optimize program outcomes.
