**Description:**
You will be the Program Management-Subcontract Manager for the Rotary Wing Sensors program team.

Our team is responsible for managing major suppliers' cost, schedule, and technical performance for US DOD programs, including the Apache M-TADS program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Program Management-Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Subcontract Managers in support of the Rotary Wing Sensors program.

You will oversee the management of procurement reps, supplier selection, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective procurement processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Managing a team of Subcontract Managers and procurement reps
•Coordinating proposal kickoffs, invoice reconciliation, and payment
•Negotiating and coordinating purchase order modifications
•Managing GSC metrics, z-chart bill of material, and mitigating critical shortages
•Interfacing with government clients, technical personnel, and other functional organizations
•Leading multifunctional subcontract management teams to develop solutions to complex problems

The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
**Basic Qualifications:**
•Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry.
•Demonstrated experience leading Affordability efforts on major DoD production program.
•Demonstrated ability to lead a larger team with conflicting priorities.
•Thorough knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as LMAP and MAPS, with associated knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
•Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and specialized application software associated with the Procurement function (such as P2P) and SAP.
•Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills; Strong interpersonal skills
•Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
•Demonstrate problem solving skills
•Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
•Self motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership of tasks and accountable
•Work independently and in a team environment
•Work with all levels of management
•Able to travel
•Able to be on site >50% of the time

•Bachelor's degree or higher

•Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Supplier Management Teams
•Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership
•Green Belt Certified
•Investigation completed within last 5 years for US DOD Secret Clearance
•Digital Transformation / Automation Experience
•Experience with large proposal efforts, to include multi-year, IDIQ, complex, and/or cost-type unique efforts
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
