We are seeking a highly motivated Project/Program Manager to join our client's team in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA for a hybrid role.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep knowledge of project and program management, exceptional relationship-building and strategic influencing skills, and proven experience leading large-scale change management initiatives across functions and geographies.
This individual must demonstrate a track record of delivering results through effective program management, problem solving, and influencing without authority, while maintaining a relentless focus on continuous improvement and customer experience.
- Partner with global stakeholders to plan, launch, and scale business and technical initiatives in a cost-effective manner.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, overseeing multiple concurrent launches within a program.
- Develop strong understanding of systems, processes, and operational workflows to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.
- Oversee comprehensive testing, process documentation, and SOP development, ensuring sustainable adoption of systems and processes.
- Drive process transitions and implementations across multiple functions, regions, and business units.
- Motivate, influence, and align cross-functional teams (business, operations, and technology) to adopt best practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at multiple levels to ensure program success.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, proactively addressing and preventing potential issues.
- Remove barriers by leveraging strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Foster effective teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proven track record of using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to own program strategy, lead end-to-end delivery, and effectively communicate results to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of managing stakeholders across cross-functional and global projects.
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
