Program Manager, Cloud Sales Center Talent Team

Job description

Description
Join AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC) as a Program Manager driving the execution and evolution of our Future Sellers Academy (FSA).

As a single-threaded owner of FSA's operational excellence and program tracks, you'll combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to continuously improve our cornerstone talent development program.

While collaborating with leadership on overall strategy, you'll own the mechanics of FSA delivery, drive efficiency at scale, and serve as a thought leader in early career technical sales talent development.

Your unique perspective will help AWS anticipate and adapt to changing talent landscapes, ensuring our programs remain innovative and effective.

Key job responsibilities
• Own and optimize FSA program tracks, ensuring best-in-class delivery while driving continuous improvement
• Serve as a thought leader in early career technical sales talent development, helping shape the future of our programs
• Analyze industry trends and emerging practices to provide strategic insights for program evolution
• Build and maintain robust feedback mechanisms across all levels of the organization
• Drive program efficiency and scaling initiatives while maintaining quality and effectiveness
• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into actionable program components
• Develop and implement metrics to measure program impact and identify opportunities

A day in the life
Your day begins collaborating with leaders who are passionate about developing talent and driving innovation.

You'll engage with brilliant minds across the organization, from sales leaders to sales specialists, all united in their commitment to excellence.

A typical day involves balancing time between the sales floor and program operations - you might start by observing how FSA participants are applying their training, then pivot to working with enablement teams on program improvements.

You'll regularly connect with sales managers to gather feedback, analyze program metrics with leadership, and collaborate with learning experience designers to enhance training modules.

Whether you're leading feedback sessions with current participants, strategizing with leaders on program evolution, or working with operations teams on scaling initiatives, your focus remains on delivering an exceptional development experience for our early career talent.

The role requires flexibility and energy as you navigate between strategic planning and hands-on execution, always keeping the success of our sales representatives at the center of every decision.
