**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ 5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities.
+ 5 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.
+ Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
+ 5 years of experience managing vendor relationships.
+ 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems.
+ Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
+ Knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including design build processes and associated documents and agreements, and facility electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

You will be passionate about technology and construction, and will gain valuable experience in a changing, innovative environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
+ Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
+ Work effectively within an organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
+ Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
+ Analyze and evaluate construction issues, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs
