We are looking for a strategic Program Manager who is responsible for coordinating multiple Dungeons & Dragons Franchise initiatives through their entire lifecycles.

This role will ensure the alignment and collaboration of internal and external partners, manage relations and dependencies, provide guidance on program goals, optimize resource utilization across the team, and build effective mechanisms for creating transparency and accountability across the team.

What You'll Do: 

  • Partner with the team to define the strategic vision for each program/project and align the program goals with organization objectives and long-term goals.

  • Build and lead multiple concurrent project plans for physical and digital franchise programs of varying levels of scope and complexity in partnership with product owners, creative leaders, and franchise business & strategy.
  • Estimate future work and continuously improve estimation process to improve accuracy.

  • Create a partner focused development cycle to inform and build relationships across the business.

    Engage with executives, vendors, and partners to gather feedback and align expectations.
  • Coordinate multiple partners needs with production schedules.

    Track progress, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Jump In and clear paths.

    Flexibly solve problems and open doorways for everyone on the team; be a one-stop solutions shop.

What You'll Bring: 

  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.

  • Experience crafting multiple dependent roadmaps and pipelines.

  • Experience landing projects on time and under budget.

  • Experience running sprints and proficiency with project management software, especially SmartSheet/Confluence.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons.
  • Prior experience in Digital Games or Digital Licensing.

The base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 to $162,200.00.

The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.

Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
