Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions LLC,** a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for a **Program Manager (FLETC Roleplaying)** to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA.

The **Program Manager** oversees all aspects of contract performance supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).

This role ensures operational excellence across technical efforts, staffing, and roleplaying activities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and roleplaying team activities
+ Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements
+ Interface with the Government’s COR
+ Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority
+ Must be available to the Government during normal business hours and will be available during all other times as required
+ Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field
+ PMP Certification
+ Minimum of five years of experience as a program manager with experience directing an administrative staff and 300+ part-time employees
+ Minimum of 15 years of combined law enforcement/training experience
+ Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.
