**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.
+ 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
+ Experience managing vendor relationships.
+ Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems and fast-track design-build processes.
+ Understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
+ Excellent communication, people, and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
+ Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
+ Work effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
+ Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
+ Analyze and evaluate complex construction challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
