We’re searching for a Skopje-based Program Manager I to join our Technical Delivery team, so that we can ensure efficient, high-quality program execution aligned with business goals.

The Program Manager I will coordinate technical program delivery, manage changing priorities, and drive risk mitigation to enable seamless execution and measurable improvements across the organization.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Gather and document technical requirements through structured stakeholder engagement to create clear and actionable delivery plans.
+ Assess shifting priorities and reallocate resources in order to maintain delivery timelines and stakeholder alignment.
+ Plan and execute technical assignments to ensure outputs meet agreed organizational quality standards.
+ Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communications to ensure project visibility, alignment, and resolution of concerns.
+ Identify and mitigate program risks using standard tools and processes to safeguard delivery outcomes.
+ Review and enhance delivery workflows in order to drive continuous improvement and team efficiency.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ Experience in program or project management within a technical delivery or engineering environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt timelines and resources in response to evolving priorities.
+ Proven success in executing technical assignments with attention to quality standards and risk management.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering, communication, and alignment.
+ In-depth knowledge of process optimization techniques to improve delivery workflows.
+ A knack for working collaboratively across technical and business teams within a dynamic environment.
