The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

**Responsibilities**
+ Manage organizations headcount process including driving the headcount strategy, tracking and reporting on the progress towards those strategies, managing stakeholders, and adhering to Core guidance.
+ Identify and implement operational efficiencies (e.g., manage utilization, eliminate non-productive activities, cross-site synergies, cross-operations synergies, reduce sub-scale operations via service consolidation, automation, deprecation).
+ Contribute to developing program roadmap, establishing program goals, coordinating resources to achieve long-term objectives with direction from leadership where needed.
+ Manage workforce data and system hygiene, provide data-based insights that support decision making, and help define, land, and execute on key strategic priorities for the organization.
+ Develop policies, processes, and reporting automation tools for workforce management.
