We are seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of a portfolio of projects for key accounts from beginning to end globally.
They oversee and support the work of designated Project Managers, in-house Subject Matter Experts and external partners, to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget in accordance with Company Project Management Standards.
Ultimately, the Program Manager is accountable for the success of the program whilst ensuring Client engagement and service excellence is at the forefront of what they do.
As the Team Lead for Project Management in the Americas, there is also line management responsibility for a team of Project Managers.
This will involve assigning workload for the team, having regular one to ones and supporting their development.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills to all stakeholders.
• Lead the program of work in accordance with Systech’s Project Management Standards.
• Be a single point of contact for Client escalations and service-related issues.
• Manage the day-to-day strategic and operational aspects of the program: including but not limited to project delivery, resource / schedule planning, change management, Accounts Receivable, Product Management (new product introductions and obsolescence) and technical standards updates.
• Facilitate quarterly Business Review Meetings (BRM).
Work with the Client to agree the meeting agenda, whilst ensuring that subsequent actions are recorded having clear ownership and completion dates.
• Support the Pre-Sales / Commercial Team on new opportunities so that Systech quotations are deliverable, financially viable and realistic verses the scope of work.
• Actively promote and seek out opportunities to sell Systech’s product portfolio to the Client.
• Understand the Client’s commercial agreement with Systech and ensure this is enacted and adhered to by both parties.
• Support the Project Management Team to ensure accurate and realistic Professional Services revenue forecasts are completed in a timely and considered manner.
• Undertake any other duties, as directed by Global Program and Project Manager commensurate with the level of the role.
Qualifications:
• Program Management experience is required
• People Management experience is required, preferably 3+ years
• Trace and Trace or Pharmaceutical background in process automation and packaging is preferred, but not essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree in essential; Engineering, Management or Business.
• 10+ years’ experience in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Fluent in English, multi-lingual is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task environment in a collaborative but assertive way.
• Demonstratable consultative approach to Clients and all stakeholders is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Microsoft Office 365 applications skills
• Working with designated business systems.
• Occasional travel.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a 20% discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, a candidate’s education/training, the position’s location, and the key skills needed for the position.
