Program Manager

Candidate must have an active ISSA/TS with Poly.

Program:

DCCA is recruiting candidates for a position on an exciting government contract.

This program provides advanced systems engineering, technical management, and programmatic support to ensure mission success.

Our team supports the government with systems engineering lifecycle expertise, technical leadership, staffing, and financial management to deliver high-value results.

Role:

The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our government counterparts and is responsible for overall execution of this contract.

This role provides technical management leadership on major tasks, establishes project goals and plans, and ensures staffing and financial resources align to mission objectives.

The Program Manager will interface with government leadership on the daily activities of Contractor work efforts and is accountable for the successful delivery of technical and programmatic requirements across the contract.

This position is designated as a position for the contract.

Requirements:

+ An active ISSA/TS with poly clearance is required.

+ Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business.

+ Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

+ Experience providing technical management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.

+ Domain and expert technical knowledge in Systems Engineering Lifecycle.

+ Experience with financial management methods and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met.

+ Experience managing and supervising at least 20 employees and/or subcontractor employees.

Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:

+ Experience in program or project management within the DoD or Intelligence Community.

+ Familiarity with acquisition processes, quality assurance, IT project management, or systems engineering.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-priority mission environments.

+ Experience collaborating with subcontractors and multi-site government teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

The proposed salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000.

Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
