+ Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple projects, and indirectly manage multiple teams simultaneously in a changing deadline-driven environment.

As a Policy Development Program Manager, you will spend most of your time leading.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage program policy launches in partnership with the Policy Development (PDev) team building project plans, timelines, and cross-functional partnerships.
+ Communicate program updates, issues, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
+ Identify and recommend improvements to existing team processes and tooling, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of program plans, processes, and policies.
+ Create and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
